Canonical list of subprocessors AvanceAI LLC may use to provide AVA by Avance. Read together with the /dpa.
Launch market: Colombia. Production infrastructure: AWS us-east-1 (United States). Personal data may be transferred internationally to the USA and to locations each provider specifies.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Purpose: hosting, database, object storage, and related infrastructure services.
- Categories of data: Customer and service data hosted in AVA (contacts, messages, files, configuration, technical logs).
- Location:
us-east-1, United States.
OpenAI
- Purpose: chat completion, Whisper audio transcription, and vision when the Customer uses AI features.
- Categories of data: text, audio, and images the Customer or its users send to those features, plus technical metadata needed for the request.
- Location: United States.
Pinecone
- Purpose: vector embeddings and retrieval for RAG.
- Categories of data: vector representations and associated content used for search/retrieval in the Customer’s AI features.
- Location: United States.
Meta Platforms
- Purpose: advertising; Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp messaging; Conversions API, depending on integrations the Customer enables.
- Categories of data: contact and event data, advertising identifiers, messaging content, and conversion signals the Customer configures or Meta’s APIs require.
- Location: as determined by Meta (international processing; Avance-relevant operations oriented to the USA / Meta infrastructure).
- Purpose: (1) Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, depending on integrations the Customer enables; and (2) Google Fonts on the Avance marketing site (
avance.ai), which loads font files fromfonts.googleapis.com/fonts.gstatic.comon every page load (not consent-gated; see the cookie policy). - Categories of data: for Ads/GTM — advertising identifiers and events, authorization tokens, and campaign/configuration data the Customer connects; for Fonts — the visitor’s IP address and ordinary technical request metadata sent when the browser fetches font files.
- Location: as determined by Google (international processing).
Stripe
- Purpose: charges the Customer configures to its own end customers through AVA (for example checkout or payment links), when that integration is enabled. In-product Stripe subscription billing for AVA access is not yet available.
- Categories of data: payment and purchaser data needed to complete those Customer-configured charges.
- Location: as determined by Stripe (international processing; USA and other Stripe operating regions).
PayPal
- Purpose: charges the Customer configures to its own end customers through AVA, when that integration is enabled.
- Categories of data: payment and purchaser data needed to complete those Customer-configured charges.
- Location: as determined by PayPal (international processing).
Slack
- Purpose: Avance internal operational notifications (alerts and operations).
- Categories of data: operational messages that may include technical identifiers, account/location names, or minimal excerpts needed to diagnose incidents.
- Location: as determined by Slack (international processing).
Tailscale
- Purpose: private network access for infrastructure administration.
- Categories of data: technical connectivity and administrative-access data; not used as a store of Customer business data.
- Location: as determined by Tailscale (international processing).
ip-api.com
- Purpose: IP geolocation enrichment on the Conversions API path.
- Categories of data: receives raw (unhashed) visitor IP addresses to return city, region, and country; those data may be associated with conversion events.
- Location: as determined by ip-api.com (external IP geolocation service).
Changes
Avance will update this page when it adds or replaces material subprocessors. When a change is material to processing Avance performs on the Customer’s behalf, Avance will notify Customers through a reasonable channel (for example email to the billing or account-admin address, or an in-product notice) with reasonable advance notice when practicable.
